All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage
NAFASTAR currently ships across India, including metro cities, towns, and most rural areas. Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Available on select orders or promotional offers

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available on selected pin codes. Additional COD charges may apply.

Address & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate. NAFASTAR is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

Damaged / Missing Orders
If your package is received in a damaged condition or items are missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at NAFASTAR2026@gmail.com with photos and order details.
