At Nafastar , we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of luxury fragrances and attars. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure hygiene and product integrity.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
In accordance with industry standards for personal care and beauty products, we offer a "Replacement or Refund Only" policy under the following specific conditions:
* Damaged during Transit: If the bottle is leaked, broken, or the packaging is severely damaged upon arrival.
* Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered does not match your order confirmation (e.g., wrong fragrance notes or size).
* Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the spray pump, roll-on applicator, or bottle sealing.
Note: Returns or exchanges based on "Change of Mind" or "Dislike of Scent" are not accepted once the product packaging has been opened.
1. Reporting a Claim
* All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
* To initiate a claim, please email us at [Email Address] or WhatsApp us at [Phone Number] with your Order ID.
* Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear Unboxing Video and photos showing the damage or the incorrect item received. This helps us ensure a fair resolution and prevents fraudulent claims.
1. The Return Process
Once your claim is validated by our quality control team:
* Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost.
* Condition: The product must be returned in its original brand packaging, including all outer boxes, labels, and tags.
* Inspection: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item. If the product has been used (more than a trial spray/drop) or tampered with, the refund may be denied.
1. Refunds
* Approved Refunds: If a replacement is not available, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
* COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
* Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
1. Cancellations
* Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
